Sim port

Is there a reason why where my Sim is suppose to go mine is blacked out? I can put the Sim on top but it won't sit in place or register in my tablet

Most SIMs are nano SIMs now, if it's an older SIM it may not fit. Contact your Carrier to get a new one. 

This of course assumes that the Tablet supports a SIM.

This model is a WiFi Tablet, according to Samsung. 

So that would explain why you can't insert a SIM.

Hi, most issues with your SIM card will need to be resolved by your carrier.

However, can you please provide us the screenshot of the SIM and also kindly let us know the model of your Tablet?

Some tablets are not sim compatible. That's why it blacked out and won t fit. That just my opinion.

Thank you, for all your input and support and help everyone. Spoke with my provider and they or either going to get me a new tray slot or give me an esim, you all have been great 💕
