Tab S6 Call and text on other devices broken after last update

The feature stopped working and was unable yo turn it on after the last update. Called support and they were unable to figure it out!! Anyone experiencing the same?

Try wiping the cache partition. Power off the device. Press and hold both volume up and power button until the Android Recovery Console displays. Use the volume buttons to navigate and power button to select. Once you wipe the cache partition, reboot.

On the latest update and the function still works without any issues.

I couldn't get this solution to work for my S6 so I did a full backup and factory restore. That fixed the call & text not working for me.

I did the full backup and factory reset and it worked for me also. I also couldn't do what Vic20 suggested.
