Anyone using Galaxy Tab S6 Lite here? Mine keep freezing and reboot itself after few latest update.

Reset doesnt help, while doing browsing or my work it suddenly froze, then it reboot itself causing me lost my work.

Try check is there any new application you installed lately? Random restart might be due to the poor quality of the application (try uninstalling those application you don't use).

If the problem still occur, then you might need to perform a software update, factory reset, or turn on Safe mode to determine if an application is causing the issue (guess you can google the steps on how to do that). Remember to save all your works if you do a factory reset.

If the problem still there, try to contact Samsung Support team first before you go visit them. The worst case is to visit Samsung Center for their advice.

* If your tablet is still under warranty, go direct to the Samsung Center for advice.

yeah, I did factory reset and installed back just basic apps like drive.

Before 1 update and android 12, my tab works flawlessly without any issues. After those update it caused my tab to freeze up often after few web browsing and sometime just reboot itself, even factory reset also doesnt help much.

I guess your tab S6 lite is year 2020? If yes, i guess the warranty should end. But is no harm to contact Samsung Support for their advice. Guess the issue is due to the Android 12 update on your tablet.

FYI Android 12 use up quite a lot of memory and if the device is like 2 years ago, it might be supported but it will cause a lot of problem like slow/ freeze, etc.

If you are using the tab S6 lite (2022), that will be surely under warranty which you can claim most of the benefit. No idea Malaysia release this tablet yet or not.

But yes, try give them a call or visit them. Guess that is the only choice.

Neither the factory reset nor the hunt for the mysterious faulty app brought about any improvement: only by deactivating the useless virtual memory, did I definitively solve the problem of restarts and freezes that I had been having for months and months!
