Anyone help? i bought my tab s7fe on 02oct, till date samsung insist book cover out of stock. can anyone step forward if you bought your tab via samsung online store after 02oct and manage to receive your redemption?
I bought my S8+ during the month of Dec, & yes till now they are saying the book cover is out of stock & did not even offer an estimated time fame that we need to wait...Not the 1st time Samsung has logistics issues over thier "free gift" for the whole of 2022..
Same here, **bleep** service from Samsung...actually its not even a service because they dod not inform us of the delay...using logistical issues as excuess yet again..
