Please try this on your Device. I have this issue after the latest secury software update on Feb. 1, 2024. After opening my tablet with the power button, my screen freezes, I can't swipe it in 3 to 5 seconds to unlock it. I only use pin unlock, that's why I notice it. I try the face unlock, and after my face gets recognized, the small lock icon on the top of my screen is unlocked, but I can't swipe it in 3 to 5 seconds to fully unlocked. The screen freezes. And I try the fingerprint unlock, and it works perfectly fine. Because of that, I think that is not a sensor and touch issue. I think this is a security software update bug. I hope they can fix it ASAP.
I think I am the only one notice it, because many people used fingerprint unlock. Please try this Guys, I want to know if I'm the only one have this issue on my tablet. Thanks a lot.
