Tab s8 on screen keyboard bug

Hello guys ever since i updated my tablet. i notice a bug that when every time my tablet is connected to my samsung keyboard case it shows my on-screen keyboard even though it is turned off in my settings. please help.

There's this tip i got from a phone technician: before you install OS updates, back up all the files on your phone. 2nd, download/install OS update. 3rd, do a factory reset. It's a bit tedious to restore everything but it will be worth it.

i have the same issue with my samsung tab a9+. i am using a smart keyboard trio 500 by samsung.

I have same issue with my tab s9+, but after i start typeing the onscreen keyboard goes away

Same issue here, cant seem to solve it. I spoke with the online support and they cant fix it either.
