I sold my tab s7 + hoping that I would get tab s8 ultra soon much to my disappointment I haven't gotten the device and we are at end of March. 

 

Such a poor and disappointing service

I don't want to sound like an advocate but if Samsung was clear upfront with delivery times then we would not see so many upset people. Apple has delayed deliveries for up to 2 months on new devices, you don't see people complaining because Apple is clear with delivery times.

Again, I'm not making excuses for the poor rollout and Samsung could have and should have handled it better

1. On the Members app go to the Community tab.

2. Click on your profile picture and username.

3. Click on Direct message.

Log in to the web version of Samsung Members community Canada (Link: https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/community/ct-p/ca-community ) and click on the Message icon at the top right(Samsung Members) >> Inbox >> Reply to the DM(Direct Message).
