It's been almost a month since I got my tablet. I also had two follow ups with customer service already and still no update. I'm starting to regret going with Samsung. I should've bought an iPad instead.
I'm also planning to elevate my situation to DTI consumer affairs. Because this is just ridiculous.
Anyone from Samsung here that could maybe explain why it's taking so long and without any updates?

They actually sent it to me right after this post. But good on you on getting the DTI involved, that should keep them on their toes since their service **bleep**.
