How can I remove the automatic keyboard on screen when I need to type when im using a physical keyboard? Thank you

Hi there Marrianne,

If you are using the default Samsung keyboard as your on-screen keyboard, you can try the following steps:

1. Go to Settings
2. Search for "Physical keyboard" and tap the first relevant result.
3. Look for the option, "Always show keyboard on screen" and turn it off.

Went to settings but the show on screen keyboard is off
