Tab S9 FE to HDMI

S9 FE doesn't support hdmi, any tips or advice how can I still use my usb type c to hdmi cable for my smart tv aside from smart view and screen mirror.

If wired, there is no chance of that. The USB 2.0 port on that tablet does not have video out support.

You'll have to upgrade to another tablet with at least USB 3.0., probably a regular Tab S9.

How about using wireless hdmi like m9 plus/anycast since Im also using a non smart tv which has no wifi.

That's a wireless receiver, meaning it receives video via wireless. You may try it on the TV, then cast your tablet to the TV via the dongle.
