Hello GulaC. I am Avinash, from Samsung.

We regret learning from the experience that you are facing currently. Rest assured we will provide you with the best solution to resolve your issue. You may follow the below steps in order to narrow down the root cause of the issue :

Step 1 : Reset Settings.
>> Go to Settings
>> Tap General management
>> Now select Reset and Reset settings.

Step 2 : Perform “Soft Reset”. Kindly refer to the below steps:
>> Press and hold the Power button.
>> Select Restart.

Step 3 : Enabling “Safe Mode”. It boots the tab with factory settings, while temporarily disabling all the third party applications. This helps us to understand whether the issue is caused due to any application conflict or a software problem.
>> Power the tablet completely off, ensuring that there are no lights lit.
>> Press and hold the “Power” button to turn the Tab back on.
>> When the Samsung logo appears press and hold the volume down button.
>> Continue to hold the “Volume Down” button until the tablet completely starts. You’ll know you’ve done everything properly if you see the words “Safe Mode” appear in the lower-left corner of the screen.

Verify whether the issue is resolved in the safe mode. If the issue is not replicated in safe mode, it may be due to the 3rd party application; it can be resolved by uninstalling the application(s) causing the problem by going to Apps>> Settings>> Applications>> uninstall the app one by one and check which app is causing the issue.

To turn off Safe Mode, follow these steps:
>> Simply press and hold the “Power” button to bring up the “Device options” screen. From there, select “Restart“.
>> Tap “OK” to confirm the shut down.
>> Once the device has completely powered off, you can press the “Power” button again to turn the Galaxy Tab back on. It should then disable Safe Mode, and start in a normal mode.

However, if the issue persists, we would like to propose the Smart Tutor. The advantage is, we will be able to assist you with further troubleshooting over the call. Please call our Samsung Care Line 1800-726-7864 regarding this service. Our experts at Samsung Care Line will advise and assist you in details.

Thank you.
