tablet S5e keyboard connection problem

i am unable to connect my physical keyboard  into tab S5e. I have done basic part to resolve my issues, but issue is not resolved yet, kindly do the needful

Hi, what are the basic part you have done ?
Also, are you talking about a "external " keyboard or about the Samsung cover book keyboard?
Did you go in Settings/General management/Physical keyboard to choice the right one ?

Hi, i have the same problem. The cover book keyboard is not working and found on the settings that physical keyboard is not connected.  I need the cover book keyboard mostly. Please advise me the solution. When i used the tablet at early time (07/2020) up to 06/2021 the cover book keyboard had no issue. The problem started afterwards (on and off) and more often / more consistent lately. So once again, please advise me solution or whether i should take my Samsung Tab S5e to Samsung service center? Thanks.

I have the same problem.  The keyboard cover (physical keyboard)is not recognized by the tablet at General management settings - physical keyboard nothing comes up.

Does someone have a clue???

I have the same issue. Keyboard was working  fine now it says not connected  in the settings menu.
