Tiny app shortcuts in home screen, for One UI 3

In One UI 3.1, I think these shortcuts are too tiny for my thumbs, on this 8 inch tablet. It was a bit larger in One UI 2.1.

And oddly enough, not even changing the Font size or Screen zoom help. They're still the same size.

I got a picture here with maximized font size, but it is still the same size at maximum screen zoom.

It'd be nice for these to be big again someday. I guess I'm hardly worried because I have an S Pen.
