TabletsI have messages of storage space running out and have exhausted most avenues to clear memory, one option I need help with is I installed microsoft exell, powerpoint and word and before I knew it the app turned into a permanently installed app which I couldnt uninstall, do you know how to remove these apps in the hope it frees space. I've used all in one toolbox to try anything but most information and memory is for system usage and cant change.

TabletsHey @Oplential ,
Could I please ask what device this is affecting?
If these apps cannot be uninstalled, the updates for them can be uninstalled and the app itself can be disabled from your device.
This can be done by:
Settings > Apps > Select the App (e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel)> More Options > Uninstall Updates > Disable
Please let me know how you go with these steps.
Warm regards,

TabletsIts a galaxy tab a, sm-t385.
Not being able to uninstall is a downer I was hoping for that, I've been trying some different things from the forum- dial *#9900# tap on 'delete dumpstate/logcat' and your suggestion to uninstall updates and disable. This brought free space up to 1.7gb from 500mb so I've bought some time thanks.
