I just want to use gboard on classic dex mode. Why cant I? i can change the keybord in every other situation but this one. Samsung keyboard does a terrible job at correcting and suggesting words, it is full of bugs, it keeps doubling the first letter of a new input everytime I change apps. In microsoft word it ignores any key I press after using an accent mark (I do most of my typing in Portuguese), if I disble text prediction I fix the letter doubling issue, but in MS word it ignores the space if I type in a normal speed. I either have to wait a long time or type space twice after EVERY word. I know that samsung is trying to get rid of classic dex. Please dont. and let me use my keybord.Im typing this with samsung keyboard on dex mode in my tabl s9 and its been such a pain.
Let's be honest. Samsung keyboard is horrible. Why do they keep insisting on it? just use gboard as default. Samsung, you don't need to reinvent the wheel, just use what already works, maybe even bring your useless AI stuff to gboard, but please, no more smasung keyboard. Or at least give us an option to just uninstall it altogether.
I'm so sad to see what samsung is doing to dex. it was almost perfect and they're destroying it with new dex, which is so similar to the standard tablet experience it's actually useless.
