wifi/Data drop while streaming music

Anyone know how to fix the issue of wifi/data dropping constantly while streaming music? Almost to the point of throwing tab 8 against the wall

Is your screen off? While your music cuts out? That might not be a data issue, that might be an battery saving issue. Please let me know what exactly is going on with the issue:]
