Hi all I get the error (-1/500014) installing simple luxury gold timepiece made by qingdao yungahang interactive technology co Ltd. Is there a full APK I can reinstall or is there a way to contact them for help ?

Clear Cache & Data for Galaxy Themes & Reboot?

Yes and I did a wipe month ago and now this error comes up.

Wiped the device's Cache, Factory Reset, or Wiped Cache & Data for Galaxy Themes a Month ago?

Full factory 1 month ago. To do theme I cleared system cache and the app data and cache. I also set all apps to restore defaults.

And you Cleared BOTH Cache & Data, for Galaxy Themes & Rebooted TODAY, and you still get the error?

Yes I'm still getting that error and it's in my purchases on Galaxy theme and I downloaded once I did a factory rest and won't install

You went to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Themes > Storage & Cleared BOTH Cache & Data & Rebooted?
