Theme park color picker not working

When creating a new keyboard theme , you have the option to choose a color by moving the color spectrum scale around, or if you have a specific color target you can input it manually. The manual input is not working. S25 ultra. Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Thanks for bringing this up. The manual colour input in Samsung Keyboard theme should work on the S25 Ultra if it isn’t, try clearing the keyboard cache/data and ensure your device and Galaxy Store apps are updated. If the issue continues, please report it via the Samsung Members app so the team can investigate.

I already did all of that beforehand. Not working. Where and to whom is this supposed to be reported?

Did you try going to Settings > Apps Search for "Themepark", Click on Storage & Clear Cache?

If you're still having the same issue, repeat the above but this time Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the app & Reboot? 

NOTE that if you Clear Data, you'll lose any saved Themes.
