Go to settings->accessibility-> advanced settings-> accessibility button-> select actions and choose Assistant menu. Also, choose 'floating over other apps'
There'll be a floating thing that's on your screen. When you click it, you'll see screenshot.
I don't know what device you have, but I have just come across, two days ago, Edge Panels. Absolutely superb. Go to Settings and enter Edge Panels in the search button. Took a little bit of learning, most particularly opening the panel (right side high up).When you add Clipboard in it, it is really good for inserting screenshots in email, Word, etc.
