For those that are having issues with a slow device I found this app that tells you what apps are running in the background it works great

They do, however this apps shows more background processes apps runninh in the background compared to the built in one.

People should not need, download or use an app like that unless they are using a very low end phone (under $100). Force stopping processes will only screw up your phone.

I haven't had any problems so far

You can simply use the memory cleaner already built into the system in Settings / Device Care if you feel like the phone is slowing down because too much might be open or running in the background.

when I use the device care it says I have less ram free than when I tapped it
