TipsTurn your leftover roast pork or beef or chicken into sausage roll
Throw left over meat into food processor with slice of bread or use bread crumbed. Spoon into bowl. Combined with small diced shallot, spring onion or herb of your choice plus Grated cheese and egg
Mix well by hand
Have Savoury pasty or flaky pastry
Spoon mixture into piping bag and pipe into one end of pastry and roll
Arrange a big roll onto tray then chill before portion
Portion sausage roll into the bite size or jumbo side then brush with egg wash
Cook in hot oven 180 degreed until golden
Seved with tomato sauce or Sriracha mayonnaise if you preferred
