Please note that if the media provider is disabled, applications like camera, photos and all other applications which use the media provider fail to work. Enabling the Media Provider and Samsung Media Provider may help resolve the issue.
1. settings -> apps -> (show system apps) -> Media Storage -> enable -> reboot 2. settings -> apps -> (show system apps) -> Sec Media Storage -> enable -> reboot
