I can hear the OneConnect box "clicking" to shut off and then on. It brings up "The Frame" in white lettering with black background then it just keeps doing this over and over again with absolutely nothing that will stop it besides unplugging power. Have tried basically everything - unplugging everything from power source, turning off wifi so it’s off network but nothing works and remote does not do anything either.
