I have two samsung tvs (QN900A 65" and QN85BA 55"). The 65" will no longer open Apple Tv. Selecting the Apple TV tile I get 'apple tv loading' and a spinning white circle on the existing background for approx 20 seconds, then back to the background, no black apple TV logo appears. The 55" operates correctly and loads Apple TV, no other apps have issues. The 65" apple tv app did function when first purchased to a few months ago with no issue.
Both tvs connect to the same internet provider and receive DHCP from the same router and I have tried different DNS from internet service provider to google and telstra. The 55" operates correctly each time with the 65" refusing to open apple tv app
apple TV app installed.
- 65" updated 2023/11/15 version 14.0.0 installed
- 55" updated 2023/11/15 version 14.0.0 installed
The 55" uses wifi, the 65" uses eth cable but wifi has been tried
On the 65" I have used the apple TV app reinstall feature (apps > settings> apple tv > reinstall) as well as cache clearing, all results in the same behaviour as above and does not open the app. The Tv shows that patches are up to date, no option exists to uninstall and install the apple tv app fresh (picture below)
On my Mac i have removed the 65" TV from system settings > apple id > devices, to see if this would force a re login from 65" tv but did not work

would appreciate if anyone knows how to resolve this.
