I have a Samsung TV (qa75q70aawxxy) & Bose Soundtouch 30 that won't connect. The TV connects to other speakers, likewise, the Bose connects to other source. In the past 2 years, Samsung technician replaced the board so has Bose been involved extensively but to no avail. Having said that, they suddenly connect, but when I ON/OFF TV the Bluetooth connection ceases. Have done innumerable factory resets on both, deleted connected devices to pair afresh etcThe speaker shows up as a bluetooth speaker but doesn't connect. So, basically both vendors have shrugged off their responsibilities, which i can't blame them as it works with other devices. FYI, the TV is otherwise connected to network wirelessly to router on top floor, but am told that isn't relevant for bluetooth connections.
Odd... Assuming they are both updated to latest firmware I would probably just work around the problem and use a Bluetooth bridge (usually used in cars) that can plug in via wire to one device and present a 2 way Bluetooth profile for another to connect with. There are many to choose from.
