I have an iPhone 11 and I am trying to cast or screen share to my Samsung T5300. I have just bought the TV from JB HiFi and they told me it was simple using Apple Airplay, but I don’t appear to have Airplay on my TV as an app anywhere! Before I go back and throw my TV at them, hoping someone here can tell me how to do this? The TV is great otherwise…thanks so much!

I am sorry that you are having this issue. I would suggest restarting your device and TV, and then try connecting again. Make sure to select Allow when it displays on the TV. You should also try looking for software updates on your devices. If the problem persists, perform a factory data reset on the phone or tablet.
