Complimentary Art Work on The Frame - only 14 out of 20 available

Hello. I've been using the 20 complimentary artworks on my 2020 The Frame since I bought it several months ago. Recently, when I browse the range on my tv I can only see 14 artworks. Similarly, on my Smart Things app only 14 pieces of art are available - the others appear blank and when you choose them, they say "loading" but the picture never loads.

Good morning @JacquelineJ, I have just received a response from our team. The 6 artworks you are referring to were available for a limited time up until 2020.
