I just got a second hand Samsung TV 6 series (model: LA40B650). I had successfully set up the network connection using ethernet cable. However, I still cannot use the Internet@TV feature. It keeps saying: "Connection failed due to network interference". I also cannot use the single sign on which is automatically disabled (I even can not enable it).

Please kindly advise. Thank you

Hi @arls19, I would suggest resetting your Smart Hub, and then a total reset of your TV if the prior does not work.

Resetting Smart Hub:

Turn on your Samsung TV > Access the Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.

Resetting TV:

On the remote, press MENU > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset > 0000 (or your PIN if you have one) > Yes

Once the TV resets and turns on, set it up by following the prompts:

MENU > Support > Software Update

Let me know how it goes
