Hi.

After about 3 years into Soundbar's life the Blue light (bluetooth light) on the subwoofer is flashing continually. Message on soundbar reads, 'Check SubWoofer.'

No sound coming from subwoofer.

All other speakers working fine.

Have tried reinstalling speakers several times to no avail.

Help.

Hi Laura. Mine is the Dolby Atmos HW-K950.
The blue light on the subwoofer flashes really fast........not slow and steady like it's ready to pair.
When I switch the system on a message reads, 'Check subwoofer.'
All other speakers work fine.

Hey @CevinwithaC,

Seems like the flashing blue light means that the unit cannot auto pair.
Could you try and manually connect the speaker?
Hopefully this will get the subwoofer working again.

Please have a look through this manual, specifically page 20.

Let us know how you go!.

Kind regards,
SamsungErika

Thanks Erika. I may have tried that already but I'll give it another go.
Could it not possibly be a hardware issue ? Could there be a Bluetooth part in the subwoofer that I need to replace ?
