I have a similar problem with my HW-K950 soundbar and the way I correct it ( even though it’s a pain in the xxxx) is to unplug the power on the soundbar and disconnect my soundbar HDMI cables for a few minutes and then reconnect….normally that resolves the issue, however on one occasion I had to turn of my internet modem for a few minutes ….
