I have a Series 8 75" Q80R QLED 4K TV. The Samsung website says the latest firmware version should be 1406.4 but the Samsung Call Centre said it should be 1420. Does anyone know what it should actually be? I am having issues (no subwoofer sound) with the HW-Q90R Sound bar.
