Instructions for TV UA65BU8000WXXY

I have the above TV, but I want to know how to use the manual buttons on the bottom Right hand corner of the TV. 

NO problem with the remote.

The buttons are all in black and at 74 years of age, I need some help on this one Please. I Have emailed Samsung but all I get is instructions on the remote.

I have searched all over Samsung but nothing.

Can anyone please give be the link. (Or a cut and paste would be great)
