Issues with Solar Remote

Hi! 

I bought our Samsung Frame 75 TV just last year April and the solar remote seems to respond slow or is lagging. The battery is showing 100% and I already paired it a few times but still having issues. I tried checking with my phone camera if the infrared light is working, no light. What do I do? Any advice?

It's a Bluetooth remote. Is the system lagging when you use the phone as the remote?
Check that the remote is not acting as a universal remote

Have you tried manually charging with USB C? The 100% battery reading could be unreliable.

If that doesn't work, and you've already repaired multiple times, I think you'll need a replacement remote from Samsung. It sounds faulty, so this should be free.
