magic remote

magic remote not controlling tv channels, but volume works. I have qn90b samsung tv any help appreciated.

Try pairing again the remote. With the TV is on, press and hold both the Back button and the Play/Pause button for more than 3 seconds.

i did that but still it wont change the channels

finally found the answer when setting up the magic remote with virgin 360 box if i use pace DCR7111 it recognises it and now i can change channels it took some finding. Thanks for your input merry christmas
