Hi SamsungClaudette, I am having the same "power on" issue with my 65 inch QN700A Neo 8k QLED. I purchased this at the end of August 2021 and have not had this problem before. I have unplugged and tried to reboot, but the TV just won't stay on. The screen goes dark grey, then black, and then turns off. 

 

I have had one other sporadic problem, which is that the screen sometimes gets a pink tinge. Unplugging fixes this one.

This was a $4,000 TV, bought 18 months ago. I cant get anyone at Samsung support to answer the phone, and no call back service. Not good at all.
