Hi All,

I had the tv as per title for the last 5 Year, it had been a fantastic tv, 4 days ago, after a week that was off, once started the picture was perfect as usual, after 30 seconds the bottom of the screen started to show some horizontal lines, and after a minute the whole screen started to show lines in random positions and they keep changing positions.

the audio is working perfectly, the internet is working as it plays from Netflix.

I replaced the main board but the issue remains.

please find attached pictures the are straight away after turn on, after 30 seconds and after a few minutes.

Ive got a 2-3 year old 55" The Frame and im experiencing the same issue. Ive just been on Chat with samsung for the last hour and a half and the operator believes its the TV screen panel. Because i didnt keep my reciept i cant claim anything from samsung. I believe it will be cheaper to buy a new TV so after paying nearly $3500 just over 2 years ago i now have a boat anchor... Everything i own is Samsung. Phone, 2 TV's Sound bar. You reckon ill be recommending Samsung to anyone? Not on your life. Ive also learnt from blogs that this is a common issue with Samsung TV''s ...They should be ashamed that such an expensive tv has a life of a few years

Hi @alexpg1304, which store did you purchase your TV from? Some stores may be able to find your invoice using your details (if you provided them at the checkout) or the model/serial number.

You can lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs because warranties mean nothing. It's about reasonable life expectations for the product and obviously it should be more than 3 years.
