Has anyone got solution for this galaxy buds pro ear infection issue.  It's shame such a nice peace of buds have this painful experience.

Based on what you've described, I recommend for you to head into your nearest authorised service centre with your proof of purchase so that we can take a closer look into this. Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed. I highly recommend backing up your device via Smart Switch, OneDrive and/or Google to ensure none of your data is lost.

I have had the same issue with my Bud2. It appears they are providing refund and reimbursement for treatment even in Korea. I have returned mine as I can no longer use them and my treatment still ongoing.

I have got a call from my case officer today saying they are not providing refunds for Australian customers.

I am not impressed

If you have got proof for your ongoing treatment they'll atleast refund for the buds 2 pro. Chase them up.
