Hi, I have a Samsung Q930C sound bar which is connected to my Samsung  S95CA 65 OLED TV via HDMI eARC cable.

I am trying to use the Smart Things App, on my S24 Ultra phone, to control the settings on the sound bar ( eg volumes of rear speakers etc ) It is much easier than trying to read the information on the sound bar itself.

I initially had problems turning on the WiFi on the sound bar but managed to resolve that, so the icon for the sound bar now appears on the Smart Things app and I can turn the sound bar on or off. The app is telling me that the sound bar is connected to the Smart Things app and that the sound is coming from the TV. All good so far.

But when I touch the Icon for the sounder on the Smart Things app, to use the various settings available for the sound bar, sub woofer and rear speakers, it shows me that it is downloading 100% of some thing, ( I am assuming it is the software to control the sound bar settings etc )  but then I get a message saying that is was unable to down load the controller for the Q 930C series sound bar

Can anyone please tell me how I can fix this issue. It is very frustrating!! By the way, it did down load the controller and allowed me to change the speaker settings a couple of days ago so why not now???Help would be greatly appreciated.
