Our TV is only 3 1/2 years old and the picture has gone. We can hear sound but screen is black. When you shine a torch at the screen, you can see the faint picture in the background. JB HiFi won’t repair it even though it’s under warranty. They say it’s beyond repair. has anyone else had issues with there TV after only 3 1/2 years. Surely a TV should last longer, especially when it cost AUD$4400 new (was reduced from $6000).
