I remember vividly last year's summer. We were having fun, laughing and running to an open field beneath the stars, obscure about what happens next. As we laid upon the grass there in the dark kissing underneath the stars. So a bundle of butterflies flushed to my heart on that unexpected kiss, we were friends not lovers but I think it changed. Uncertain of what future may hold for us, we were "different but the same". As time went on, reluctantly we said our goodbyes for the odds weren't in our favor.
