Why can't Samsung bypass the carriers when pushing software updates. I
understand they (the carriers) are supposed to "test" to make sure it
works with their network. But honestly, is this really necessary when
Samsung already test it out? Why isn't ...

just confused how that is even possible. I have a Zagg Invincible Shield
screen protector installed on my S10 and it does not do that.
My favourite app that I've downloaded from the Galaxy Store is Teams. It
definitely improved our work meetings by simply clicking "join" to enter
a conference call without entering in so many numbers on a dial pad.
It'd probably be best if Samsung Canada reassess their trade-in partner
every year to ensure the Samsung customers get the best possible value.
The US Samsung store offers way better value and some Canadian retailers
offer a better value as well.
