Whatever you do DO NOT take your Apple device into the store. They will
find some bogus issue and try to sell you a new device and say your data
is unrecoverable which is false. Wait for an app update of the suggested
fix doesn't work.
Only thing I can think is clear the app cache if possible. Also after
every update it is highly recommended to wipe the cache in recovery
mode. Just search how to do it. There's more than a few posts on the
process...super easy! Take care 😁
