I think S20 series was not as successful as samsung thought.So samsung has a lot of parts in the factory.This is why samsung released a fan edition to sell the parts of S20 series.just a dirty business tactics.😆

Try earphone with other device .if it is ok ,then clean the jack.if you have still the problem then go to audio settings or restart phone.
