According to the update schedule posted by Telus the S10 will be getting

The mobile data toggle will be available in the quick tiles starting in
Android 10. Mobile Hotspot is still missing though. You can get the
Mobile Hotspot toggle (and data toggle) back using adb commands. Here's

same time Rogers releases them. You can check Rogers (or Fido as they
