갤럭시 워치 액티브2 빅스비 동기화

아래 사진처럼 빅스비를 사용하려고 하면 동기화가 안되어있다고 떠요.ㅠㅠ 폰과 워치의 와이파이 연결 잘되어있고 삼성계정도 다 연결이 돼있는데 왜 안되는걸까요?ㅠㅠ
