Why does the voice recorder require  location,  phone?Files and mic is fine.

If this app is not compatible, is there a way to disable this via patch?

I think bug fix is needed ,after update YouTube has acting weird, suddenly freeze then refresh then the screen change to very small, Temp solution, force stop restart the app, but its really annoying everytime this happens,  ,not good, hope there is...
