I wanted to ask a quick question as I just acquired a Samsung S9+ and I'm pretty excited to get the most out of it, I wanted to know if it is completely necessary to have a dex station for the dex function to work. Thing is I ordered an adapter for my MacBook Pro from USB C to HDMI and USB and was wondering if maybe it could be used for DEX as well as I see that the DEX cable is basically a USB C to HDMI and USB adapter or if de Dex functionality requires de dex station to work.
