How do I check blood pressure on a galaxy watch 4?

You need to download the Samsung Health app to your phone and have the latest updates on your phone and watch. At the bottom of the Health page is the ECG and Blood Pressure features

I couldn't work out where the app was on my watch, till I scrolled right down and found it.

You will also need to calibrate the watch with a cuff blood pressure monitor too.
