I redeemed my promotion for a Galaxy Watch 5 over 2 months ago and there has been no delivery. The service of the promotions team is shocking.

I'm in the same boat. When I emailed the Telco promotions email address to ask for an update since so much time has passed, they just told me it can take 60 days... Even though it's beyond 60 days...
