My wife's second set of buds were stolen from the office. Have a laugh, the *** police station 😒😒😒.
Anyway, Samsung please add this feature (which apple offers) to your buds. My wife now wants to switch back to apple because of the security feature. Not having this continues the opportunity for theft because as human as we are, there's always that one moment when we become distracted. A closed case means they're disconnected.
Once someone opens them, they will ping the last location. Keep checking their activity and see where they pop up. Samsung should indeed add a locking feature once a device is bound to your account, similar to what you can do with the Galaxy Watch, phones, and tablets.
Simply keep your belongings on you at all times. They try to make it smaller so this is possible. AirPods also can't be activation locked. Simply just have to reset them.
